Apple or Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
2 scoops Shaklee Pumpkin Spice Life Shake (seasonal) or Vanilla LIfe Shake
1/2 tsp of either Apple Pie Spice or Pumpkin Pie Spice
10 ounces of your fav milk or milk substitute, or water
3-4 ice cubes
Either 1 tart apple or 1/2 cup pumpkin puree or both!
2 Tbs Rolled Oats
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract or paste
I top mine with extra cinnamon!!!
Note: Don't have protein powder? Try adding a few cut cubes of Tofu and add some yogurt.
Add the Rolled Oats to the blender first and blend until dust, add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more liquid to reach the consistency you like.
