January - More veggies What are some ways you add more veggies to your meals?
Try adding a little to each meal to help you get more in. Example, spinach in smoothies, salad with/for lunch, roasted veg for dinner. For salads try filling your dish with veggies other than lettuces, then fill in with lettuce, personally, I love peas on my salad!
