30 ml Tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
90 ml olive oil
3-4 Strawberries, hulled
1 clove garlic
1/2-1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon of shallots (optional)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
water to thin to the consistency you would like.
Blend all ingredients in blender of food processor, slowly drizzling the oil in. Taste and adjust seasonings. Sometimes I add more dijon.
