
2 Scoops Vanilla Life Shake or protein powder of choice (if you don't use protein powder add 1-2 ounces of tofu)
5 ounces milk of your choice
5 ounces coffee or espresso
1/4-1/3 cup purred pumpkin
a pinch of nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Dash of vanilla
Several Ice cubes
Blend until smooth and add more liquid if too thick. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg.
