We aren't Vegan or even Vegetarian but we recognize the incredible health benefits of eating more whole food plant based foods. In our house we eat Vegan or Vegetarian a minimum of 3 nights a week. Challenge yourself! Even if you can't commit to 5 days at least give #Meatlessmonday a try and experiment with yummy vegetarian/vegan meals one night a week. But we think you can do 5 days!
