8 ounces green vegetable juice
8 ounces carrot juice
8 ounces pmegranate or grape juice
2 cups organic Greek Yogurt
1 cup blueberries
1 cup other fruit (strawberries, papaya, manog, pineapple)
2 kiwis
3 ounces tofu
1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
1/4 cup wheat germ
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Special Additions (optional)
1-2 Tablespoons peanut butter - extra energy
dates or raisins - extra sweetness
organic spinach
pomegranate seeds
Mix together in a high powered blender and sip on throughout the day. Can be reduced for one serving and best served cold and fresh.
