CRAP is major part of the Standard American Diet or SAD. March is National Nutritional Month join me in a challenge to eat better this month.
Take small steps, try removing hydrogenated foods from your diet first
Slowly cut down on sugar; if you use 2 tsp in your coffee try 1 1/2 then go down from there.
When shopping, read your labels. When you run out of a fav food that contains artificial ingredients try shopping for a similar item without it.
One way to add in fewer processed foods is to add fruits and vegetables in place of other snacks.
