Health is wealth. Health is good mind is good. How can we weight loss and live healthy, beautiful, life? This is our effort for all the people of the world.

I want to speak on the topic ‘health is wealth’. In the modern time, where pollution, global warming, and other environmental issues have covered us, the importance of health and fitness has increased to a great extent. We need to be more physically healthy and fit to win the current environmental challenges. It keeps us away from the diseases, infections and other lethal diseases by reducing extra kilos, improving the strength of muscle and bones, increasing immunity level, and maintaining the healthy functioning of our major body organs. It helps us to look better with lots of patience and confidence level.

  • It can be hard to get exercise in when you have a desk job. Here are some tips and links to help you add little bits of movement and strength training to your work day. Exercise is cumulative, so those little bits can really add up! If possible every hour walk around the office or up and down a hallway, maybe take a flight of stairs for a little extra umph. Desk Squats - Stand in front of your desk chair and start to sit down, but stop just as your fanny comes near the chair and stand back up. Repeat 10 times. Make sure you are far away from your chair that your knees do not go over your toes. Try doing pushups off of the side of your desk or the floor near your desk or try to do a few planks throughout the day. • Exercise can be a dirty word, but it doesn't have to be, a large part of of it is our attitude and mindset. If the word exercise throws you off think in terms of play and movement instead. Here are a few tips: Be mindful of how much you sit, for starters. At the top of the hour stand up and stretch and walk around the room Park farther away from your destination Ditch the car and walk or bike to nearby locations Add fun activities to your daily life such as kayaking, hiking, biking, volleyball etc.  Don’t count these as exercise just  remember to play! Try using a desk designed for standing During commercials try stretching, squats, or walking around the room Walk to work Use a tracking device or app to help you see how you are doing Get a buddy involved.  Accountability and partnership help us stay on track Exercise is cumulative. Try taking 3 -10 minute walks. When I’m short on time I set my phone alarm for 5 minutes, then turn around and head back, boom 10 minutes. Daily exercise is an important part of our lives, but use it to change your thinking and make you into a mover all day long.  Your exercise regime should only be a portion of the movement you do throughout the day.  You can do it and so can I, really it is about changing our minds first; our bodies will follow! What do you do to keep moving? Respond in the comments to share your ideas.
