Healthy Snack – Crispy Green Beans

I am one of those weirdos who forgets to eat sometimes.  Yea, I know, I’ve heard it all.  But, it’s true.  I also really like basically healthy food, which tends to be lower in calories, so I find getting enough to eat and still eat healthy foods is a challenge.  As a result of years of under eating I have had a pretty sluggish metabolism, but that is changing. One of the first things I have noticed as I have increased -yes INCREASED my caloric intake is that my stomach now growls when I’m hungry!!   This is a good thing and let’s me know my body is speaking to me again!  It thinks I will listen.  I increased my calories but I really only started eating enough to meet my Basel Metabolic Rate
